Pricing and Fees

Every client has unique needs, which is why services are customized based on the level of support required.

Initial Assessment

Required for all new clients - $150 approximately 2 hours

Includes:
• Comprehensive assessment
• Review of healthcare needs and concerns
• Medication and care review
• Personalized recommendations and support plan

Ongoing Services

$75 per hour - after the first hour, services are billed in 30-minute increments.

Services may include:
• Appointment Advocacy
• Care Coordination
• Medication Support
• Discharge Support
• Wellness Checks
• Healthcare Navigation
• Family Communication

Travel

Travel within the local service area is included (Redding/Anderson). Additional travel fees may apply for services outside the primary service area.
